Sweet crab and juicy shrimp cooked to perfection bathed in rich jerk wine sauce.

How To Do Dat

For Crab

Add ingredients to water and bring to a boil. Allow to boil for 10-15 minutes. Add crab and remove from heat. Allow crab to soak inside pot for 10-15 minutes, then remove.



For Jerk Sauce & Shrimp


1. In a large skillet melt butter and olive oil.


2. Once melted add garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.


3. Add in white wine and bring to a simmer. Add jerk seasoning, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Let simmer and reduce liquid for 2 minutes or by at least half.


4. Season shrimp with Jerk Seasoning and to add to skillet. Cook for 2 minutes on each side, or until they just turn pink.


5. Stir in parsley and lemon juice, then remove shrimp from skillet.

Add 2 Tbsp butter to pan and turn off heat.


6. Spoon sauce over crab and shrimp. Serve with lime wedges and Enjoy!!

What You Need

For Crab

¼ - ½ cup of chicken bouillon

2-3 Tbsp of Chef Bre’s Seafood seasoning

2 bay leaves


For Jerk Sauce & Shrimp

¼ cup olive oil

½ cup plus 2 Tbsp butter

4-6 garlic cloves minced

1 cup of white wine

1-2 Tbsp of Chef Bre’s Jerk seasoning

½ Tbsp of black pepper

½ tsp of red pepper flakes

2 Tbsp lemon juice

½ cup fresh parsley
