Our take on a classic New Orleans dish! Jumbo peel-n-eat shrimp soaked and simmered in a flavorful spicy butter sauce!

New Orleans BBQ Shrimp

How To Do Dat

1. Heat 4 tbsp of butter over medium-high heat until melted


2. Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes or until soft


3. Mix in Worcestershire, lemon juice, hot sauce, salt and Chef Bre’s Cajun seasoning; Let simmer for 1-2 minutes


4. Add broth and black pepper, and let sauce continue to simmer for 6-7 minutes


5. Add shrimp and cook for 2 minutes; turn shrimp in pan and allow shrimp to cook for another 2 minutes.


6. Reduce heat to medium, add remaining butter and allow to simmer for 2-3 minutes


7. Remove from fire and garnish with green onions OR parsley. Enjoy!

What You Need

  • 2 sticks of butter 


  • 1 1/2- 2 pounds of Jumbo shrimp


  • 4 garlic cloves minced


  • 1/2 cup chicken stock OR fish stock


  • 2 tbl crystal hot sauce


  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire


  • 3 tbl lemon juice


  • 1-2 tbl Chef Bre’s Cajun Seasoning


  • 2 tsp kosher salt


  • 3-4 tsp black pepper


  • Lemon wedges, parsley (or green onion) for garnish
